Job Title:              Sr. Implementation Specialist
Reports To:         Director of Operations
Direct Reports:  None


The Sr. Implementation Specialist will be responsible for helping Inova Payroll clients leverage the HCM/Payroll offering of our (UKG Workforce Ready) product. Under general supervision, the Sr. Implementation Specialist will manage both the implementation of new and existing clients, and any data analysis in support of those functions. This will include payroll and time & labor management.


  1. Implement new mid-market business on the Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready platform
  2. Manage multiple implementation projects at once, ensuring setups are delivered on time and per defined specifications
  3. Lead clients through the implementation life-cycle (discovery, analysis, design and deployment) of the Payroll and TLM modules in preparation for their first live processing.
  4. Evaluate client needs through analysis and consult on opportunities in which they can streamline TLM processes/setup.
  5. Train newly implemented clients on the Kronos/UKG product to ensure client success post payroll
  6. Collaborate with other specialist to ensure system configurations are accurate and to spec
  7. Resolve implementation issues with clients as needed to ensure a timely go live
  8. Provide product and subject matter expertise to clients
  9. Provide tier 2 support as needed by participating TLM problem solving analysis and trouble-shooting services
  10. Develop and maintain product knowledge with you leverage in your day to day tasks


  1. Coordinates with internal and external resources to ensure a quality experience
  2. Develop and consult on the Kronos/UKG system.
  3. Conduct data transfers between systems via various transmission methods (FTP, SFTP, etc.).
  4. Manage multiple projects/cases with minimal supervision.
  5. Very strong MS Offices skills (specifically Excel)
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership


  1. Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of prior payroll service bureau experience (preferred)
  3. Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready experience (preferred)
  4. Knowledge of project management and implementation principles and practices.
  5. Must possess drive and enthusiasm and thrive in a team environment.
