Inova Payroll has earned the 1,184 place on Inc. Magazine’s 2016 list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Focused on a dual growth strategy of organic expansion and acquisition, the payroll and human resources services company grew by 329 percent during the four years measured for this ranking.
“When I launched Inova Payroll in 2011, one of my many aspirations for the new venture was to make the Inc. 5000 list,” said Farsheed Ferdowsi, Inova Payroll’s founder, president and CEO. “Five years to the month of our launch, I received the exciting news that we made the list. This major milestone is a testimony to the dedication and hard work of our incredible team of professionals, to whom I give the entire credit.”
This recognition reflects the company’s commitment to offering solutions that streamline and simplify payroll and human resources tasks for employers. In 2016, Inova Payroll expanded its offerings to include a fully integrated human capital management solution including applicant tracking, onboarding, benefits administration and compliance solutions. This was in addition to an already ambitious service line that includes payroll, payroll tax, time management and a wide variety of related employer services such as 401(k), health insurance and workers’ compensation insurance.
One unique aspect of the company is its designated service representative strategy. Rather than using a general customer service call center, each client has an individual account manager or small, dedicated management team. This model allows the company’s customer service professionals to better understand the businesses they serve and work toward shared goals.
