Overview

The HCM Trainer will partner with operations to develop specialized training for the internal team members and will manage training for various modules including payroll, TLM and HR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Managing and preparation of training courses
  2. Update and organizes company training programs for client services, implementation, tax and other support functions.
  3. Trains new team members and provides ongoing training
  4. Plans and schedules automated training profiles through company HRIS
  5. Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the managers
  6. Partners with department leaders to develop and manage training plans
  7. Prepares training manuals and training offers for employees and managers
  8. Plans training courses and sessions and manages and monitors the needs of the business units.
  9. Monitors the best practices and innovative methods for training and introduces it in the organization
  10. Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements
  11. Maintain company training records and/or regulatory files
  12. Other duties as required

REQUIRMENTS

  1. Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HRIS/HCM environments (payroll & HR)
  3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with time and labor management systems
  4. Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and administering training programs
