Kevin Venza will lead operations team to onboard clients selecting the company’s human capital management solutions.


Inova Payroll today announced the addition of Kevin Venza to the company’s executive team. As Vice President of Advanced HR Services, Venza will lead a team of implementation and training analysts focused on onboarding clients who have selected one or more of the company’s human capital management services, which include benefits administration, applicant tracking, onboarding, talent management, expense management, workflows, employee communications, and Affordable Care Act reporting.

Inova Payroll president and CEO, Farsheed Ferdowsi, stated, “Over the past four years, Inova has seen the level of growth that necessitates expanding our operations team to accommodate not only a higher volume of clients but also clients requiring more robust payroll and HR functionality. Kevin’s extensive experience with human capital management systems and operations made him a great fit for our continued growth in this area.”

Prior to joining the Inova Payroll executive team, Venza was senior manager, human capital management, at ADP, where he worked for 11 years. Venza holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in computer information systems from Georgia State University. He also holds the Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association and is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist® as designated by the Health Care Reform Center & Policy Institute and Healthcare Reform Magazine.
