HCI’s Strategic HR Business Partner certification program is available in person or online. Professionals who earn this certification may use the 19.50 business recertification credits toward aPHR, PHR, PHRca, SPHR, GPHR, PHRi, and SPHRi. The hours also count as Professional Development Credits (PCDs) toward a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification provided by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
