It was announced today that Inova Payroll is a Bronze Stevie® Award winner in the category of Customer Service Department of the Year – Financial Services – Up to 100 Employees. This is the second Stevie® Award for the national payroll and human resources services provider.
Submitted in November 2015, the company’s nomination for customer service department of the year focused on three main initiatives to improve customer service and fulfill a mission to elevate service within the payroll industry.
- Implementation of a new client survey to gain a better understanding of clients’ perceptions of the onboarding process and to identify any open items that need attention.
- The formation of the advanced HR services department, with the addition of Kevin Venza, VP Advanced Services, to the organization, to assist clients with new Affordable Care Act reporting requirements and to help larger clients optimize the employee life cycle with human capital management services.
- The company’s client wellness calls and visits initiative was bolstered in 2015 by the addition of a team member dedicated to the task. The new team member visits clients in their offices to understand how well we are performing and where we can make improvements. He has identified service opportunities that have ultimately enhanced our relationships with several clients.
