The transaction is expected to close within the next few months, subject to customary conditions.
This milestone brings together UKG’s leadership in workforce technology with Inova’s deep expertise in serving small and mid-sized businesses. Inova’s clients can expect continued use of UKG Ready, supported by the same Inova service and implementation teams, along with access to a broader portfolio of UKG solutions, enhanced features, and expanded capabilities.
