Meet Matthew Scanlon
Vice President of Inova Benefits
Throughout his career, Matthew has worked closely with employers to develop benefits programs that drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth. At Inova, he leads the benefits division with a focus on delivering tailored, cost-effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce.
Prior to joining Inova, Matthew held senior roles in the benefits consulting space, partnering with companies across industries to streamline and strengthen their benefits offerings. His collaborative, hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor to clients navigating the complexities of the benefits landscape.
Matthew earned his degree from the University of Georgia.
