Inova Payroll announces the addition of Lisa Laurer to the company’s client services team. As client services manager, Laurer will lead a group of specialists focused on customer service and client satisfaction for the Chattanooga location.

Laurer’s appointment reflects the company’s continued commitment to exceptional and personalized customer service. She will manage the entire team of client service representatives at the Chattanooga-based office, which is home to 25 employees and a full operations center, including on-site payroll tax experts, implementation specialists, human resource professionals and information technology support.

Prior to joining the Inova client services team, Laurer worked as a Canadian payroll analyst at Mars Petcare in Franklin, Tennessee, where she worked for seven years. Her career experience also includes management positions at Paysystems and LBMC Employment Partners. Laurer obtained Certified Payroll Professional Designation in 2001 from The American Payroll Association and has attended The American Payroll Association Congress multiple years.
