From there, they log in, complete a simple onboarding checklist, and upload prior year records not available on Inova Payroll, if applicable. Once live, verification requests can be submitted online by authorized 3^rd party verifiers at www.empinfo.com using the employee’s name, Social Security Number, and employer code. If employee consent is required, empinfo securely contacts the employee by text or email, and completes the verification immediately upon approval. Every request is logged and trackable within the client dashboard.
