Meet Melanie Crow

Senior Vice President of Sales Enablement

Melanie Crow is a thirty-year industry veteran who brings big-picture perspective to her role at Inova. Having served in leadership positions throughout her career in the payroll and human resources industries she helped launch PayMaxx. She brings extensive expertise to provide hands-on and consultative solutions that help companies save time and money so they can focus on their core business. As SVP of Sales Enablement, Melanie is responsible for all sales operations and technology as well as managing one of the company’s three national HCM sales teams.

A consummate professional, Melanie prides herself on establishing long term relationships with her clients, never taking a “hit and run” sales approach. Happy clients before, during and after the sale are important, and that’s what sets Melanie apart from the rest.

Melanie holds a PHR certification through HRCI and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also an active member of the local chapter of SHRM where she has served on the Membership Committee.
