Meet Mike Demerjian
Vice President of Integrations and Implementations
Mike Demerjian is Executive Vice President of Integrations and Implementations at Inova Payroll, responsible for leading teams that ensure a seamless transition for new clients and efficient alignment of systems and services.
Mike began his career as a Certified Public Accountant after earning his degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge. He later founded and served as managing partner of his own CPA firm, Demerjian Associates, before launching Payroll Link in 1999. Under his leadership, Payroll Link grew into a respected provider of payroll and HR solutions.
Following the merger of LinkHCM with Inova Payroll in 2021, Mike brought more than two decades of leadership experience to his current role. His combined background in accounting, payroll, and human resources enables him to deliver a smooth implementation experience and long-term success for Inova’s clients.
