Inova Payroll, Inc., one of the top-10 privately-held payroll and HR companies in the United States, announced today it has acquired One Source Payroll, an Irving, Texas, company that provides payroll, time and labor, human resources, and ACA compliance to more than 300 employers throughout the country.
“Through this transaction, we not only continue the steady growth that has landed us on the Inc. 5000 list for the past three years but also, we gain an accomplished team of payroll and HR professionals who provide the level of service that aligns with our corporate values,” said Inova’s President and CEO Farsheed Ferdowsi.
One Source Payroll’s owner and co-founder, Shelly Mueller, along with her late husband, started the company in 2004 with the goal of taking extra time to work with clients to solve their payroll and human resource problems and offer tailored solutions at a reasonable price, distinguishing them from the larger national providers.
“It was extremely important to me to find a company with the same commitment to service we’ve pursued at One Source Payroll for the past 15 years,” said Mueller. “Farsheed and the team at Inova have demonstrated that they take great care with their clients and I look forward to being part of the team.”

The One Source Payroll office is the first Texas office for Inova, which has six offices in Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. In 2017, Inova recapitalized and merged with Atlanta-based Payroll Strategies.
