Meet Charlie Wood
Chief Operating Officer
While most of his career has been spent in payroll outsourcing, Charlie Wood brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer care, and process improvement with technology driven organizations. His industry experience includes Financial, Healthcare, Academic, and Manufacturing. At Inova Payroll, Charlie oversees the operational teams who ensure that clients receive personalized, high-touch customer care.
Charlie has served in key management positions throughout his career, including nine years with a national payroll organization where he oversaw the relationships of more than 2,500 clients. His diversified skills and focus on client satisfaction is a valuable asset and will help Inova Payroll maintain the highest satisfaction for our clients.
