Inova is a unified HCM Platform, but ADP is built on a collection of acquisitions and 3rd party applications to offer functionality. ADP’s timekeeping system is a separate system, which means they are not able to print time punches on paystubs.
Inova has a dedicated Account Manager assigned to each client backed by a team of professionals. According to G2, Paycor’s dedicated support rep model has evolved to a “small support team” that functions more like a call center.
Inova HCM reporting capabilities are extensive, while Paycor’s native reporting and analytics are limited and do not allow for cross-module reporting.
Inova’s breadth of services includes HCM technology, but also additional products and services, such as HR Outsourcing and Group Benefit Services and Administration. Paycor does not provide such services.
