NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 6, 2023 – Inova Payroll, LLC, a national payroll and human resource solutions provider, has announced that Joe Schweppe, the current President of Inova, has been named President and CEO effective July 1, 2023.
Schweppe was named President of Inova in April 2022 and has been responsible for the company’s operations and growth engine, including sales and marketing, Inova Benefits, and HRexperts. As CEO, he will also oversee finance, human resources, and set the strategic direction of Inova in collaboration with the company’s Board of Directors.

Prior to Inova, Schweppe was President of IPS, which he co-founded with Coray Grove, currently Chief Revenue Officer at Inova. Over 16 years, Schweppe and Grove grew IPS from a two-person partnership to a leading HCM company with more than 55 associates, 1,500 clients, and multiple awards, including St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s # 1 Most Reliable Service award, The St. Louis Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing companies in the United States, and several UKG’s Partner of the Year awards.
