All of your most essential employee data is accessible in one location and made to work for you through helpful alerts, workflows, and reporting functionality.

Combining essential functions in one unified system means data entered once populates throughout the system, creating efficiencies and improving accuracy for the HR team. Key stakeholders, like employees and managers, are empowered to view and update their own data, complete important HR-related assignments, and submit requests, thereby reducing the need for HR involvement.

Inova HCM includes a fully functional mobile application, available for Apple and Android devices. Your employees can check pay stubs, access W-2s, request time off, clock in and out, update Form W-4, and enroll in benefits, all from the convenience of their mobile phones. Additionally, your managers can complete a wide variety of tasks from their mobile phones, including approving time off and leave requests; editing and approving timesheets; monitoring recruiting activities; and tracking new hire tasks.

Inova HCM offers 150 insightful standard reports, but also the flexibility to build custom reports and add data visualizations with pie charts, line charts, bar graphs, and more. Reports can be exported in one of five formats, CSV, Excel, PDF, XML, or text. Additionally, you can use the general ledger interface to export payroll information to your accounting system in the proper GL format.
